Yellow Squash Rings

Ingredients: Vegetable oil for frying 2-pounds Yellow squash trimmed and cut into 1/4-inch rings, seeds removed 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup cornstarch 2 tablespoon Ja Makin’ Me Crazy Jamaican jerk seasoning 1/4 cup water 1 12-ounce bottle ginger beer or hard cider 2 cups Ja Makin’ Me Crazy Marinade Directions: Step 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Step 2. In a large saucepan, heat 1 1/2-inches of oil to 375 degrees F. Step 3. Pat squash rings dry with paper towels.
