Smoky Cajun Pan-Seared Tuna Steaks
"These marinated tuna steaks, served rare, taste 'fancy' but are very easy to cook.

2 1-inch-thick tuna steaks, thawed
½ cup of Bayou Venom
6 thin slices fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Step 1: Mix Bayou Venom sauce, ginger, and garlic together in a bowl.
Step 2. Place tuna steaks in a large resealable bag or airtight container; pour marinade over steaks.
Step 3. Marinate steaks at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Step 4. Heat flat iron skillet pan on medium heat with olive oil.
Step 5. Remove steaks from marinade and arrange in the hot pan; gently shake pan to avoid sticking.
Step 6. Cook approximately 1 1/2 minutes and flip. Cook other side until tuna is desired doneness, 1 to 2 more minutes. (If you like them medium place in Oven at 350 and bake another 5 minutes.)
*An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F
