One cannot live on wings alone, so we give you lettuce wraps!
Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 25 mins Total time: 40 mins.
2 chicken breast and thighs chopped into small pieces
1 cup of Oma & Popie’s Wingin’ It Wing Sauce
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup oil
3 TBL oyster sauce
1 TBL minced garlic
2 tsp ginger (fresh is best)
1 ea small onion, zucchini, celery stalk, carrot
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Iceberg and/or Romaine leaves
Step 1. Combine sauce, soy sauce, oil, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger, use half to marinate chopped chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours in zip lock bag.
Step 2. In skillet quickly stir fry chicken in marinade until done.
Step 3. Remove chicken and in same pan cook veggies, starting with carrots, celery and onions adding mushrooms and zucchini once the begin to get tender.
Step 4. Once tender crisp add chicken back in and rest of sauce with 1 tsp of cornstarch.
Step 5. Cook until slightly thick and serve with your choice of sauces. We suggest hot mustard, soy, sriracha or sweet and sour.
*For those who like it extra spicy
add a ½ cup of sirracha to the marinade
