1 1/2 cup Ja Makin Me Crazy Sauce & Rub
Flour or Corn Tortillas
Slaw Mix tossed in Poppy Seed Dressing
Sliced Radishes, Cube/crushed Pineapples and Limes
Step 1: Sprinkle with the rub using enough (1½ to 2 tablespoons) to coat the pork roast with jerk rub, let sit in fridge overnight.
Step 2: Place in crockpot and pour sauce over roast using less sauce for a dry flaky meat and more for a wet gravy shredded meat. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 3: Shred meat, place on warm tortillas and top with slaw mix, diced radishes, pineapple, chopped cilantro with a squeeze of lime juice.
