Ingredients: 16 chicken wing pieces Peanut or Vegetable oil for frying ½ cup melted butter ½ cup of your favorite Oma & Popie’s marinade Oma & Popie's Flippin' the Bird seasoning (or salt and pepper) ¼ cup bleu cheese dressing Directions: Step 1: While heating oven to 350, line baking sheet with parchment paper and melted butter over low heat in a small pan and add sauce to simmer. Set both aside. Step 2: Fry wing sections in 12” heavy skillet filled with oil half way, heated to 350-375, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Blackened Chicken with Roasted Garlic Alfredo

Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 Tbsp Bayou Venom/Cajun Seasoning Olive oil 1 container of Buitoni Light Alfredo 1 Tbsp roasted garlic 8oz Fettuccine,cooked and drained 1 medium red bell pepper and 1 medium green bell pepper cut into 1/8" strips Directions: Step 1: Pound chicken breast to an even thickness. Step 2: Drizzle olive oil over chicken breast to lightly coat. Step 3: Sprinkle rub seasoning liberally over both sides of the chicken. Step 4: Heat skillet on medium-high and add chicken.
