Smoky Cajun Pan-Seared Tuna Steaks

35 min Ingredients: 2 1-inch-thick tuna steaks, thawed ½ cup of Bayou Venom 6 thin slices fresh ginger, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced Directions: Step 1: Mix Bayou Venom sauce, ginger, and garlic together in a bowl. Step 2. Place tuna steaks in a large resealable bag or airtight container; pour marinade over steaks. Step 3. Marinate steaks at room temperature for 20 minutes. Step 4. Heat flat iron skillet pan on medium heat with olive oil. Step 5. Remove steaks from marinade and arrange in the hot pan; gently shake pan to avoid sticking. Step 6. Cook approximately 1 1/2 minutes
